The ASPECTS project considers an underlying dynamic spectrum access radio network and spectrum sensing and sharing policies and rules and intends to identify vulnerabilities, particularly in the quality of the reported information and its use. Then, it will design a security and trust framework to address these vulnerabilities, enabling the detection and reporting of misbehaving nodes or the discounting of the erroneous information provided by them. Finally, it will test and evaluate aspects of this architecture through simulation.
