Context-Aware Mobility in Wireless Mesh Networks / JRA.S.1.2
Grant No. 216366: EU-Project (NoE, FP7-ICT-2007-1)
Aims
The CAMYM (Context-Aware Mobility in Wireless Mesh Networks) project aims at building an optimized context- and mobility-driven architecture for wireless mesh networks considering exploitation of peer-to-peer and self-organized concepts including performance evaluation of proposed protocols, algorithms, and techniques.
In more detail, the aim of this project is to research on how routing overlays can be extended to wireless mesh networks in order to solve the inter-domain and scalability problems and to incorporate hybrid architectures, context awareness, and dynamic choice of the best placements of users in the network.
