Stefan Glock has led the discrete mathematics group since it was founded in September 2022. Before that he was a junior fellow of the Institute for Theoretical Studies at ETH Zurich.

Pranshu Gupta came to Passau in October 2022 after completing her doctorate under Anusch Taraz at the Technical University of Hamburg.
Amedeo Sgueglia joined our team in October 2024, supported by a fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. Before he researched at University College London.
Jakob Edmaier studies mathematics and computer science at our university. Since August 2024 he has been supporting us with research projects, teaching and organizational matters.
Gislinde Oberländer has known the University of Passau since 1983 and takes care of all administrative matters for the group.
