To bring you up to date on new developments in the roll-out of the online voting system, we are planning to offer an information session on Stud.IP in mid-May. Additionally, we are planning to conduct a trial run for the election with representatives from the University’s member groups. We will inform you about this in good time.
Here is an overview of the main deadlines:
- Nominations can be submitted from 25 April 2025 to 9 May 2025, 16:00, in the Elections Office
- The last date for announcement of the approved nominations is 18 June 2025
- Display of the electoral register on 2 June, 3 June and 4 June 2025 at the Elections Office
- Closure of the electoral register on 5 June 2025
- The voting period is from 12:00 on 3 July 2025 to 12:00 on 16 July 2025
