After completion of Houses nos. 27 and 25 in the winter semester 2024-2025, House no. 23 in the Leonhard-Paminger-Strasse halls of residence is scheduled for completion in May, offering a total of 71 accommodations (first occupancy).

The rent (including a flat rate for operating costs) ranges from 368 to 386 euros per month, depending on room size. Places are allocated according to social criteria, so an online application is required. If your application is successful, you will be contacted by the Student Housing department, who will guide you through the process of signing the tenancy agreement.
