As 2022 turned to 2023, we rolled out HISinOne EXA, migrating most of the students' examination data from POS/HISQIS to EXA. However, dual operation of POS/HISQIS continues to this day for approx. 300 students.
As of 1 April 2024, POS and HISQIS will be shut down completely. As a consequence, another six examination regulation versions will be migrated to HISinOne EXA on 19 February. For a small cohort of 65 students, the Examinations Office will be providing all exam administration services, including the issuance of documents, etc., on a manual basis as of 1 April 2024.
To allow for this transition, the Campus Portal will be unavailable on 19 and 26 February. The EXA Management Team will be providing further information in a separate e-mail shortly.
